Apparently myself and about 200 other people. I needed go get stuff to make a salad, a huge salad, with croutons, olives, cheese, dressing and all the yummy veggies. And I picked up a cheesecake and pumpkin pie! I wasn't lying when I said I'd be getting some drinks either. I picked out a few good wines.
Tomorrow should be good. I expect to be full and sleepy most of the day. Just how I like it ;)

Hey you! It made my evening to see someone I've never met stumble upon my blog and like it enough to say something to me. Thanks for that. :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm going to follow you.
I think it's human nature to procrastinate. Naturally, all the bad slackers come out of the woodwork to say, "Oh shit! We need to buy a turkey now, don't we?" and head to the store, hoping no one will be there, but alas. No such luck.
An ex of mine many years ago and I had a big Thanksgiving gathering..we went to one of the few grocery stores in DC the day before Thanksgiving just to find out it was ransacked anyway. Then, in the true fashion of her character, she yelled at me for it. :-)
