So here's the plan...

I've been vegetarian since I was a child. It just always felt like the right thing for me. For the past five years I've gone from vegetarian to vegan--back to vegetarian. But now I'm ready to make the move to full time vegan.

Getting ready for this marathon has really made me think about my heath and energy level and I know eating better will help with both of those.

Tomorrow I start my marathon training. I'm alternating between p90x and running to get in top shape. I'll also be adding in swimming and cycling.

I'm giving myself two weeks to transition to veganism. This will all be a big change for my body but a good change.
